Fall 2015 - Calculus I

You can appreciate art without acquiring the ability to paint, or enjoy a symphony without being able to read music.  Math also deserves to be enjoyed for its own sake, without being constantly subjected to the question, "When will I use this?"

  • The third midterm exam was returned in class on Monday, December 6.  Results have been posted to the exam information page.

  • The third midterm exam will be given in class next Friday, December 4.  For more information, consult the exam information page.

  • The second midterm exam was returned in class on Monday, November 2.  Results have been posted to the exam information page.

  • The second midterm exam will be given in class next Wednesday, October 28.  For more information, consult the exam information page.

  • By popular demand, office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays will now be held 3:30-5:00pm.

  • Office hours on Thursday (10/1), Monday (10/5) and Tuesday (10/6) will be held 4:00-5:30pm.  Regulary scheduled office hours will resume Wednesday (10/7).

  • The first midterm exam was returned in class on Monday, September 28.  If you weren't in class, you can pick up your exam in MMS 115H during office hours.

  • The first midterm exam will be given in class on Friday, September 25. Check the exam information page for more details.

  • Free tutoring for Calculus will begin on Tuesday, September 8th.  Tutoring will be from 7-9pm on Sunday-Thursday evenings in CSI 330.
