The heat, wave, and Laplace equations and boundary value problems, the method of separation
of variables, special functions, orthogonal expansions, Sturm-Liouvulle theory, and the
Fourier and Laplace transform methods. Additional topics may include Green's functions,
Poisson's integral formula for the disk, and variational calculus. Spring.
Prerequisites: MATH 2321 and 3323 or 3336.
